MEL SHEPHERD
VICE PRESIDENT
Mel is an experienced construction professional with over 15 years of multi-family experience; he is a Due Diligence Pro with a wealth of knowledge in full interior and exterior site inspections. Possess exceptional project scope writing, project scheduling, CapEx budgeting, and job costing/forecasting skills. His expertise in interior and exterior renovations makes for a valuable asset to any project. Additionally, to consulting work, he is able to perform due diligence on any property in the U.S. Expertise includes but is not limited to full interior/exterior project management, but also Contract administration and negotiation, networking, Business Development, and client relations to say the least.
RICK CAMPOS
PRESIDENT
Rick is an experienced professional with an engineering degree and a master's in Project Management with over 18 years in construction with a passion for the industry's processes. He has worked on medium to large-scale projects for global companies such as Walmart, Cemex, and CFE. He has overseen renovation projects for multifamily properties for approximately 4000 units. Rick has also managed Capital Expenditure projects with multiple industry-leading companies like UDR, Olympus Properties, Valcap Group, Lurin, and Mid America. His skills include HR management, Project Management, marketing, business administration, Contract negotiation, Office Management, and leadership. His future vision is to excel at providing superior construction services and solutions that best suit your needs, becoming a valuable asset to his clients, and growing SECA Contracting as an Industry Leading company.
