Rick is an experienced professional with an engineering degree and a master's in Project Management with over 18 years in construction with a passion for the industry's processes. He has worked on medium to large-scale projects for global companies such as Walmart, Cemex, and CFE. He has overseen renovation projects for multifamily properties for approximately 4000 units. Rick has also managed Capital Expenditure projects with multiple industry-leading companies like UDR, Olympus Properties, Valcap Group, Lurin, and Mid America. His skills include HR management, Project Management, marketing, business administration, Contract negotiation, Office Management, and leadership. His future vision is to excel at providing superior construction services and solutions that best suit your needs, becoming a valuable asset to his clients, and growing SECA Contracting as an Industry Leading company.
